System integration & APIs
System integration and API development
Most companies do not need another system. They need the systems they already have to stop being islands. We build the integration layer between accounting, CRM, payments, logistics and whatever legacy application nobody wants to touch - and we build it to survive the other side changing.
One flow of information instead of six islands
Third-party integration
Accounting, CRM, payment gateways, SMS and email providers, courier and logistics APIs, and the SOAP endpoint from 2009 that still runs the business.
API design & delivery
Versioned REST APIs with OpenAPI documentation, sensible status codes, idempotent writes and authentication that does not have to be explained twice.
Resilience by default
Retries with backoff, circuit breakers, dead-letter queues and replayable messages, so a downstream outage delays work instead of losing it.
Legacy interoperability
Adapters and anti-corruption layers that let a modern application talk to an old one without inheriting its data model.
You probably need this if…
- The same customer exists three times, differently, in three systems
- An integration silently stops and nobody notices for a week
- A partner wants API access and you have nothing to give them
- Migrating off a legacy system feels impossible
What you get
- Integration map of systems and data flows
- Field-level mapping and transformation rules
- OpenAPI specification and generated client
- Reconciliation and failure-replay tooling
- Sandbox environment for safe testing
Everything we produce is yours, including the discovery document - whether or not the build goes ahead.
System integration & APIs: common questions
What happens when a third-party API changes?
Integrations are versioned and contract-tested, so a breaking change upstream surfaces in the pipeline rather than in production. Adapters are isolated, which means the fix is one small module instead of a rewrite.
Can you integrate with a system that has no API?
Usually, yes - via database views, scheduled file exchange, or a thin service in front of the legacy application. It is less elegant, but it is often the difference between a project happening and not happening.
Integration & APIs: tell us what you need
Send a short description of the problem. You will get a straight answer on whether this is the right fit and what it would take.
A reply from a developer. Not a sales pipeline. The person who reads your message is the person who would do the work.
An honest answer on fit. If an off-the-shelf product solves your problem better than a custom build, we will tell you which one.
No obligation. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Discovery output is yours either way.
